FOOD 1 piece of toast 2 eggs, 1 macdonalds cheeseburger half a container of fries, stuffed salmon and rice, sunflower seeds, beef jerky

WORKOUT- Wii fit age 35, biggest loser yoga beginner

PAIN-headache 1, shoulder 0, hip/back 1, tmj 1

SLEEP-11:00(ish)-9 (previous night)

Day 1

Wake Up 12:00

Food - Mac and Cheese, 2 pieces of Licorce, jujubes, 1.5 chicken cheddar and broccoli and rice,

Workout - wii age 33. Weight 143. 100 Jack-knives. Biggest Loser Yoga Intense (never again)

0 out of 10 -Headache 0, Shoulder 0, hip/back 2, tmj 0

Computer time 1+hr so far

What Its About

So lately my life is fallen into a slump.

I am sleeping lots, eating lots and on the computer all the time. With this blog I hope to completely turn my life around while blogging about it.

What are my goals on this journey?
1) To lose weight
2) Be Active
3) Get off the damn computer so much
4) And likely most important spend more time with my family
5) Be happy and healthy

Here is what I am going to do (change)
Get a schedule. This would Idealy be my schedule
7:00 wake up, eat and shower
7:30 work out get Taylor ready for school
8:30 do house work
9:30 snack
11:00 practice darts
12:00 lunch
3:00 snack
5:00 supper
7:00 get the kids ready for bed including snack, bath, prayers and story
8:00 computer
9:00 quality time with Fabian
10:30 bed time (hope to be sleeping by 11:00)

Once I have made this my life I imagine I will be happier and healthier, the reason I blog about it maybe I will actually do it then. I am sure it will take me awhile for it to become routine but I hope this will work.

I also wanna to blog about my pain such as headaches, neck, TMJ, lower back and hip. I am thinking as I get healthier the pain will be less and less.

I am going to also track my weight and perhaps inches but that will be a weekly thing instead of a daily thing.
